PREMISE

The first step in creating a bag is the design of the model and the construction of the prototype on board./p>

The goal is to design a bag that is constantly updated, that meets the needs of the customers who will wear it and, at the same time, that maintains that touch of elegance and quality that distinguishes and distinguishes our productions.

Once the model is perfected, it is possible to proceed with the realization of the product which can be synthesized in 8 working phases.

PHASE 1: CHOICE AND CUT OF THE LEATHER

The cutting of leather is a task that requires extreme precision and above all the ability to recognize the qualities and defects of the leather with which one is working; during the cutting phase the supporting materials and linings (which can be either in fabric or in alcantara or in leather) are also chosen and prepared.

PHASE 2: PREPARATION OF LEATHER

The cut skins are split and beveled in order to make them suitable for the type of processing required by the bag being made.

STEP 3: CHOICE OF ACCESSORIES

All the accessories that will complete the bag are chosen and prepared: small metal parts, hinges, stitching yarn. Our accessories are always on an exclusive design and the materials are of high quality.

STEP 4: ASSEMBLY

The finished pieces are assembled by hand starting to shape the bag.

STEP 5: STITCHES

This is a very important and delicate moment in the realization of a bag as it makes a stitching error on the leather, it would compromise the leather making the product irreparably damaged. The seams require meticulous care and a lot of attention.

STEP 6: FINAL FINISHES

The product is finished in detail mainly by hand; the bag is carefully examined and perfected with the addition of all the accessories and metal components, with the polishing and dyeing of the edges, with the hot printing of any scratches and with the postage of the final seams.

STEP 7: PACKAGING

The finished bag is carefully filled and wrapped in soft tissue paper and placed in a fabric bag (marked with our Registered logo) to be delivered to the customer.

STEP 8: SHIPMENT

The bag is shipped with couriers of international importance and of undisputed reputation for seriousness and competence, to avoid any problem of delay in delivery or damage to the bag during shipment.
